On March 1, the first child was moved to a Texas Child Centered Care (T3C) Service Package. And on as of May 3, there were 1,179 children being actively served under the new T3C model.

Several providers have received their credentials and have gone “live.”

Providers who have achieved a live credential submitted a lengthy application showing that their operation is equipped to provide certain service packages under the new model.

CPAs: Arrow Child & Family Ministries of Texas, Azleway, Cumberland Youth & Family Services, Pathways Youth & Family Services, Presbyterian Children’s Home, Arms Wide, Texas Baptist Home for Children, The Sanctuary Foster Care Services, and The Settlement Home

GROs:  A 2 Dream, ACH Child & Family Services, Azleway, Hope House, Fostering Life Youth Ranch, La Maison, New Life RTC, Pathways 3H Youth Ranch, Roy Maas Youth Alternatives, and The Journey to Dream Foundation.

There are an additional 25 providers who have an inactive interim credential and one who has an inactive full credential. And there are an additional 30 applications under review at this time.


This represents a step forward to a new model for residential care in Texas. Congratulations to all providers receiving their T3C active credential!
