CQI Fundamentals: A Year-End Refresher – for Residential Providers

Join us for the final CQI Lab of 2024, where we’ll revisit the key concepts of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) that have been covered so far. We’ll review highlights of past topics, including the purpose of CQI, developing logic models, selecting measurement tools, creating an evaluation plan, and collecting program data. We’ll also save time for Q&A, so send in your questions ahead of time or bring them to the session. This refresher will reinforce your knowledge and prepare you for success before we take a break and come back with new topics in January 2025.
