Great relationships are built on communication and trust. Learn how to build trust quickly, improve your listening skills, and deepen your empathy for your peers.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
• Practice listening skills to provide peer support
• Practice building trust to deepen relationships
• Practice different kinds of listening and managing internal emotions during difficult conversations

Any Texas youth/young adult between the ages of 14-25 is welcome to attend. All participants who complete the pre/post surveys and participate during the workshop, will receive a $25 incentive.
