TACFS, The Center for Child and Family Studies, Casey Family Programs, and the Bexar County Foster Care Collaborative are partnering to host a Kinship Symposium in Bexar County. The Symposium is for child welfare professionals, representatives from family-serving community organizations, and prevention specialists who work with kinship families.
Join us as we clarify the different types of kinship arrangements, discuss strategies for effectively working with families, and learn how to improve outcomes for youth. We will also hear from a panel of kinship caregivers whose experience will inform and enrich our discussion.
