Financial Preparation and Planning for T3C Transition (Financial staff/teams)

A workshop designed specifically for finance staff and teams to provide an overview of T3C, the Blueprint, and the results of a provider survey. The session will include an overview of the financial preparation, planning, modeling and accounting changes needed to transition from the current Service Level System to the new T3C Service Package system. The workshop will wrap up with a Questions & Answer session.
