The CQI Lab:  Continuous Quality Improvement & Program Evaluation Education

The TACFS Systems Advancement team is producing a monthly live series that supports organizations on their journey to implement continuous improvement and evaluation activities that are required in certain T3C service packages.  Ten topics that build upon each other have been identified for inclusion in the series. The series will be interactive allowing participants the chance to ask questions and bring ideas to develop.

Topics will include:

• The “whys” of program evaluation
• Asking the right questions – what do you want to know?
• Logic models 101 – what and why
• Building a basic logic model for your program
• Designing your evaluation – how to get meaningful and reliable findings
• Selecting tools to measure outcomes
• Collecting program data
• Making sense of your data: simple but effective analysis to examine program outcomes
• Qualitative data: adding context to the numbers
• Visualizing outcomes with data

The first session will take place on January 16, 2024 from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
