PanAid is an opportunity specifically applicable for older youth and young adults ages 18 up to their 27th birthday who were placed in foster care by DFPS and “aged out of care” and is designed to help them afford immediate and basic needs such as rent, groceries, cell phone bills and more.
If you are a young adult ages 18-26, have aged out of the foster care system in Texas, and have experienced financial impact due to COVID-19, you are eligible to apply for financial aid for basic needs.
