Learn how to build trust quickly\, improve your listening skills\, and deepen your empathy for your peers. \nLEARNING OBJECTIVES:\n• Practice listening skills to provide peer support\n• Practice building trust to deepen relationships\n• Practice different kinds of listening and managing internal emotions during difficult conversations \nAny Texas youth/young adult between the ages of 14-25 is welcome to attend. All participants who complete the pre/post surveys and participate during the workshop\, will receive a $25 incentive. \nLearn more here.
