SUMMARY:Final Session of CQI Community with special guests Youth for Tomorrow!
DESCRIPTION:As we wind down 2025\, we are also winding down CQI Community\, our monthly facilitated peer-learning workgroup for providers to discuss continuous quality improvement efforts. \nFor the past two years\, we’ve been on a mission to increase knowledge and skills on CQI in the provider community. Last year\, CQI Lab was focused on offering virtual trainings to build foundational CQI knowledge\, and those sessions remain available for free on the TACFS Online Learning Center. This year’s CQI Community provided a facilitated peer learning space for providers to interact with each other around CQI. We hope that our work has helped providers enhance their CQI efforts as the state transitions to T3C. \nFor our last session of CQI Community\, Youth for Tomorrow will be our guests to talk about the T3C credentialing process as it relates to your logic model and CQI plans. Hear from the team that reviews these important components of the T3C credentialing application about the review process and components of successful applications.
